I love mindfulness! It’s a way of choosing to live that has changed my life for the better. Instead of constantly thinking about what was or what may be, I have finally learned how to live in the present moment (most of the time). These are some of my favorite mindfulness quotes that have helped me along this present living path.

Mindfulness is being in a mental state in which you are conscious and aware of the present moment. One dictionary adds this to the definition and I absolutely love it!

Living in the present moment “while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations”

Being aware of not just what is going on in that moment you are currently in, but also aware of what you are thinking and feeling emotionally and physically.

Through searching pages and pages of quotes on mindfulness, I have found these are on the top of my list that speak to this type of living for me. I hope a couple of them resonate with you.
