My hope and goal, as your wellness therapy coach, is to support you in achieving the life that you want that is balanced, mindful & empowered. With you as the expert guide, I am here to assist you in restoring within yourself a balanced sense of health and well being and increasing your awareness of the mind-body balance.
A balanced, mindful, and empowered life does not come in a “one size fits all” and often times it can be difficult and time consuming to figure out where to even start. Many people are unsure of what they are needing and wanting as well as finding their best path the get there.
As a therapist, mentor, and coach, I help others draw on their inner resources for greater health, peace of mind and balance.
Some of us need help finding these answers, getting them up to the surface and putting it all into motion. But this self-exploration to find our solutions inside of us cannot happen when the ‘noise’ is too loud, the stress is overpowering, we are not loving ourselves or being kind to ourselves, and when we are not even aware of what is happening in our own lives.

Why choose wellness therapy coaching with Haeli?
Haeli has years of education and training with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has completed coaching training along with Mindfulness and Yoga teacher trainings. She is currently working on trainings in yoga and mental health including the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM) and Transcending Sexual Trauma through Yoga.
Haeli has experience in working with individuals in learning how to improve their lives and make their lives more mindful, balanced, empowered and in line with their dreams. Having worked in the mental health field as a therapist, she has helped others create healthier ways of thinking, healthier ways of living and healthier relationships. Haeli is able to connect with her clients allowing them to feel safe in exploring themselves, confident in their abilities to make the changes they want in their lives and empowered to be in control of their lives!
