  1. You’re worried what others will think or say about you. You fear you might be judged for your desire to feel and be sexy and what they will think of you for being confident in being sexy. You worry people might label you if you step out into your true authentic sexy self. You might be labeled “bad” or “slutty” or “selfish”. I was totally worried if I showed some skin I would be labeled a slut in my community! I was also scared what people would say about me for embracing my sexy… again, that I was a selfish slut. 
  1. You’re embarrassed of these struggles in feeling more confident in your sexy self. You’re embarrassed that you want to feel sexy or that you struggle with your sexuality & in feeling sexy. You don’t like talking to people about it because of that fear mentioned above or because you might think something is wrong with you or you try to pretend you are living a certain way to please others. It looks like other girls have it figured out & have no problem being sexy so why should you right?
  1. You struggle with self-esteem. You often think you are “not pretty enough” to be and feel sexy… you aren’t the “right” size, shape, weight in your mind to be sexy, to be confident in being sexy and enjoy your sexy self.
