The foods we put into our bodies impacts our physical and mental health. Food is fuel for our bodies and for us to live a balanced, healed, and healthy life we do need to think about what we are putting into them. Here you can find my favorite plant-based recipes. Sometimes these recipes might be labeled as vegan recipes. I usually do not create my own recipes so most of these (if not all) are from other sites which I will always credit.
